Dark-Light is LM Sign's own brand of photoluminescent products and are of very high quality. The products fully live up to international requirements, as for example DIN67510 and IMO res. 752 (18). Dark-Light photoluminescent products are not toxic and contains no radioactive elements.
LM Sign can provide safety signs and IMO signs made as standard on 1.2 mm thick luminescent Dark-Light plate. Often, the signs are also available on photoluminescent and self-adhesive Dark-Light film.

Luminous signs - not to overlook!
The term 'luminous' is actually a little misleading, the correct name is 'luminescent'.
The signs do not light, unless they have been elucidated in advance.
Luminescent products are used for many different purposes, but particularly within the maritime area is very high demands on security. Here is used luminescent stripes along escape routes (so-called LLL system where the "LLL" says "Low Level Light"), so that during a disaster, where the flow and thus the light is gone, you can continue to find the way through the ship to an assembly station or something firefighting equipment.
In many parts of the industry and retailing, it is also appropriate (and at times an outright demands from fire authority) to use photoluminescent signs, for example in a timber trade it is required that signs which marks the firefighting equipment has to be visible in the dark.
The most common luminescent signs on land, however, those showing escape routes, and these are required almost everywhere. Many of these are available as a light box containing the battery, which then ensures that the sign lights up in case of power failure. These plants require maintenance and batteries must be changed. A good alternative is to hang up an escape route sign, which is printed on luminescent materials. LM Sign can press all kinds of signs on both the luminescent plate and luminescent film.
If you can press or cut the foil your self, you can of course also buy the raw luminescent sheet or film rolls, which you can print or place on foil.
